On the notself / self and the bodygraph

People generally think that the notself is the white areas in a body graph and that the self is the defined areas. This is not true.

We have 2 modes of being in this life: Self and Notself
The self is the whole bodygraph - defined and undefined/open.
The notself is also the whole bodygraph.

So what's the difference?
The self is the healthy and correct manifestation of the body graph and the notself is the pathological and unhealthy manifestation of the body graph. The Self is a healthy and correct interplay between the meeting and intake of life through the openness and the output through the definition.

When incorrect the whole frequency of the being is distorted and the bodygraph is manifested as a homogenized being, not itself. It uses the openness and and definition to advance its agendas and strategies, mimicking the true behavior of the self.

An open center is a place of potential learning. When that learning is out of balance it becomes a place of conditioning and instead of using the open center to understand life and gain wisdom through experience, the notself uses the open center against us in its notself strategies.
