These are the times that you must affect, influence and help others awaken to a new reality.
To the reality of the creative force that resides within each one, from the reality that human beings have been living in -  a dream of limits and fear, conflict and internal battles -  that is expressed in the external reality of their lives. The time is now to awaken from this dream, to awaken to the vast abilities, light and love that reside within each human being and in Gaia Mother Earth herself.
The separation that has masked perception for thousands of years is beginning to fall away. The screen is beginning to fall away for those individuals who have chosen to partake in this process of awakening. Those who have chosen to partake, do this not only for themselves, but for others as well and they are called forth to choose, also, to help awaken and assist others to this new reality by creating internal order inside themselves - by bringing awareness to parts unseen before of the self, by bringing love and light to those who are still asleep, to those who still operate from a robotic puppetry existence - This is the job of those who chose to assist in the awakening process. This is the time, there is an urgency - to awaken to your true nature, one that is without conflict, one that is pure love. A world of that reality awaits you, all of you. Come forth and perform your highest task, perform that which you came here to do. Although it may seem difficult, although some of you do not know where or how to begin.
It begins inside you as you transform from one reality to another. As you awaken, your being is filled with more and more light and love from Source itself, and even small degrees of the pouring in of eternal light into your minds and bodies has a great affect on you and those that surround you. Begin there.
Begin with your breath. Recognize your breath as the physical sustenance, as the physical aspect that sustains your being. Start there.
Those of you who have already begun there and are moving toward a more practical task -  tap into your connection with your highest self for ways to affect your surroundings. Be close, hold tight to the thread that links you and your higher dimensional self, and answers will come. Even if there are moments of doubt, and there will be - continue. Between the moments of doubt you have moments of connection, continue. As you nurture that connection with your highest dimensional self, you practice, and as you practice it becomes more natural, more fluid, without effort, with no separation. That is the beginning of oneness.
Oneness begins with no separation in Self. Oneness does not begin in the outside world - in nations and government, in ideas and concepts, or in empathy and identification. Oneness begins with the Self. The Self that is not separated is One and can truly understand and experience oneness, and once experienced, this oneness permeates all of existence and pervades the whole world.
Start with the part that is closest to you - your Self, in your own sacred mind and sacred heart. Begin there. And once you begin there you may assist others who must begin there as well. The assistance can be in many forms, methods, channels and avenues. There is no right path, there are many. As many as there are human beings, there are ways to assist the awakening, but the path must always go through the Self, the internal. And when you forget, and there are moments of forgetfulness as there are moments of doubt, remember your breath as it will bring you back instantly to your Self, to your non-separation of self and will allow you to feel, experience and know what oneness is yet again. Until you become this nature, until you awaken to this nature completely, you must practice over and over. There are no shortcuts, it requires diligence and passion, a deep desire to awaken.
