The nature of co-creation

We are constantly co-creating our world.
We are always creating our reality, whether we do so intentionally or not, whether consciously or not. We cannot help but create our reality and we do so by focusing on something, by putting our attention to it. We do so through conscious awareness or unconsciously.
As humans, we are often referred to as the co-creators of our world, even if only in our perspective. We already know that how we see the world is as important as what we see. But more than that, we actually have the power to create our circumstances, occurrences and surroundings, as well as affect processes and results, but few of us are aware of this innate power and even fewer know how to access it and use it for good.
We create at all times, either unintentionally from our unconscious thoughts, beliefs and emotions or intentionally from our conscious awareness, so wouldn’t it be best to do so intentionally, with purpose and direction rather than aimlessly and randomly?
The problem is that we can’t just want to create from intention, from conscious choice, although sometimes it seems like life is aligning to our wishes. To be true intentional creators we must be as the creator, and to be in his image means to be fully in Love. And to be fully in Love we must renounce all fear and fully embrace our essence.
Our inner system is composed of two major parts - primary and secondary. The primary is our essence- pure love and consciousness. The secondary is our emotional-mental realm based on fear and lack. It would seem that the primary would be the dominant part while the secondary is the submissive, but the opposite is true until we awaken to our essence.
As co-creators we create from our most dominant part, even if it is hidden and buried deep down in our psyche. That is why we are unaware of our power of creation - we are unaware of the perspectives from which we create! So it seems that life ‘happens’ to us, that we are victims to life’s whims or to other people’s actions. If only we understood how much of life is being created by our own ego on both the small and large scales.
When we begin to understand these inner workings, simultaneously understanding our essence, we become more conscious. We move from the egoic management to the Self management.
We become more conscious as we bring more awareness to our inner world of emotions, thoughts and beliefs. We become more conscious when we differentiate between these secondary, illusory parts from our primary timeless essence. We become more conscious when we place the weight of our existence on our timeless nature of love rather than our fears and ego.
Once we understand the difference between our primary and secondary internal parts, we can choose to dwell more in the primary - our essence - thereby naturally cleaning out the secondary - thoughts, emotions and beliefs that stem from the egoic realm. As we cannot dwell at the same time in both parts, we must choose in which realm to dwell and we must make order between them.
As we bring more understanding and awareness to our personal egoic inner world we ‘clean’ it out so to speak. We are no longer as bound to it’s hold as we were and we can be in a position of choice - stay in the egoic fear and lack based life management or move into love and abundance of Self management?
As we move to dwell more often in our essence and become more present, we loosen the egoic management over our life. We already recognize it’s tactics - instilling fear and alarm, focusing on lack, drawing us into lower emotions as a means of control and survival. It’s tricks and survival methods become clearer to us and we can then decide that we no longer need them, we no longer believe that they are necessary, we are no longer fueled by fear.
Moving our focus from the secondary system to the primary system is more than just empowering - it reestablishes natural order within the system, and the result that it manifests is conscious co-creation.
Wouldn’t it behoove us to bring more awareness into our inner world so that we may become more conscious in our inner/outer creation?
